Welcome to PinoyCommute. These Terms and Conditions govern your use of the PinoyCommute website and application (collectively, the "Service") operated by PinoyCommute ("us", "we", or "our").

PinoyCommute provides information about public transportation in the Philippines, including but not limited to terminal locations, routes, fares, and travel times. This information is provided for general informational purposes only.

While we strive to provide accurate and up-to-date information, we cannot guarantee the completeness, reliability, or accuracy of this information. Public transportation services, routes, fares, and schedules are subject to change without notice, and actual conditions may differ from the information provided by our Service.

You acknowledge that you use the information provided by the Service at your own risk and that you are solely responsible for your travel decisions and actions.

2. User Accounts

Some features of the Service may require you to create an account. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account information, including your password, and for all activity that occurs under your account.

You agree to notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account or any other breach of security. We cannot and will not be liable for any loss or damage arising from your failure to comply with this provision.

The Service may allow users to contribute information, such as updates to routes, terminals, or fares. By submitting such information, you grant us a non-exclusive, royalty-free, perpetual, irrevocable, and fully sublicensable right to use, reproduce, modify, adapt, publish, translate, create derivative works from, distribute, and display such content throughout the world in any media.

You represent and warrant that you own or control all rights to the content you submit, that the content is accurate, and that use of the content you supply does not violate these Terms and will not cause injury to any person or entity.

We reserve the right to review, edit, or remove any content submitted by users at our sole discretion.

4. Intellectual Property

The Service and its original content, features, and functionality are and will remain the exclusive property of PinoyCommute and its licensors. The Service is protected by copyright, trademark, and other laws of both the Philippines and foreign countries.

Our logos, product and service names are trademarks of PinoyCommute PH. You may not use these marks without our prior written consent.

5. Limitation of Liability

In no event shall PinoyCommute, its directors, employees, partners, agents, suppliers, or affiliates be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from:

• Your access to or use of or inability to access or use the Service;
• Any conduct or content of any third party on the Service;
• Any content obtained from the Service; and
• Unauthorized access, use, or alteration of your transmissions or content;

whether based on warranty, contract, tort (including negligence), or any other legal theory, whether or not we have been informed of the possibility of such damage.

PinoyCommute does not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, timely, secure, or error-free, or that any defects will be corrected. We do not warrant that the results that may be obtained from the use of the Service will be accurate or reliable.

7. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Our failure to enforce any right or provision of these Terms will not be considered a waiver of those rights.

8. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to modify or replace these Terms at any time. If a revision is material, we will provide at least 30 days' notice prior to any new terms taking effect. What constitutes a material change will be determined at our sole discretion.

By continuing to access or use our Service after any revisions become effective, you agree to be bound by the revised terms. If you do not agree to the new terms, you are no longer authorized to use the Service.
